2025 Holiday Party

Summer is behind us and, yes, it’s time to start thinking about the holidays. Our luncheon last year at the Embassy Suites in El Segundo, CA, was well received. While the cost has gone up a little, it’s still a good price! So we’re planning to return! For this year’s holiday event, we will be at a great new venue for a reduced price from last year, which will be at:

Cost:  $55/person (includes tax and tip)

Doors will open at 11:00 AM, so no need to arrive early. There will be plenty of time to mingle before lunch. Free parking is available on-site.

Your entrée choices for a sit-down, plated lunch are:

• Beef Tenderloin with Brandy Peppercorn Sauce
• Pan Seared Salmon with Roasted Tomato Cream Sauce
• Vegetable Ravioli Melange Zucchini, Eggplant, Carrot, Spinach, Garlic, Basil with Braised Swiss Chard and San Marzano Tomato Sauce

Note:  If you have a dietary restriction, be sure to note that on your meal order.

Entrées will be served with a salad, mashed potatoes, and a fresh vegetable medley. Beverages include coffee, iced tea, and water. For dessert we will have New York-style cheesecake. A no-host bar with beer, wine, cocktails, and soft drinks will be available.

When ticketing, please enter the total number for each menu item which includes those for each guest in your party ordering that particular menu item. A subsequent form will ask for each guestʻs full name, email address and any dietary restriction per menu item selected. Payment can be made by credit card or PayPal. A PayPal account is not required for a credit card payment.

Note:  Space is limited to 100 people and we won’t be able to accept walk-ins at the door. Online registration will close at midnight on November 23 or earlier if we reach capacity. We hope to see you there!

Also, we hope you won’t need to cancel your reservation, but we understand last minute changes are sometimes inevitable.  For cancellation before November 30 , we can offer a full refund.  For cancellation after November 30, there will be no refund.

For those joining us from out of town, the Embassy Suites Hotel is offering a 15% discount with a 24-hour cancellation policy.  Use this link to access the discount.  Please note this is a courtesy link, not a contracted group rate, and all rates are based on availability and occupancy at the time of booking.

If you prefer to mail-in your reservation, download the mail-in form. Note:  Mail-in reservations must be postmarked no later than November 15, in order to be accepted.

IMPORTANT:  If you encounter an issue with registering online (particularly during payment checkout), please download and mail-in your registration using the event download form, which must be postmarked no later than Friday, November 14. Sorry for any inconvenience.
