Agree, been working my way through a different Via Benefit problem but still not seeing any resolution in my future. I hope you have achieved success by this time?
My issues began in March of this year.
I assume NG is paying Via Benefits to administer the retiree benefits, anyone know if there is a channel to let NG know what a challenge they are to work with?
