Royce Loveland, 84, passed away unexpectedly on Sept. 21, 2018. He was a manager for Systems Engineering in the Hardness & Survivability Lab for 23 years before he retired in 1992. His last position was Deputy Manager for the Electronics Technology Hardening Center, reporting to the Center Manager, Mal Kong. He will be missed as he and his wife Merna graciously attended all annual H&S reunions. He was buried at the Riverside National Cemetery for veterans.
