He received his BS in Electrical Engineering in 1957 from Purdue University, and worked on the East Coast and Lockheed Aircraft before joining TRW in 1965. He retired from TRW after 30 years and was the Director of Product Integrity for the Defense Systems Division (DSD) where he reported directly to the Division VP and General Manager, Don Winter.
Ed’s team included Reliability, Safety, Hardware and Software Quality Assurance, and Configuration/Data Management specialists. His team was responsible for Product Integrity on all DSD programs including restricted Advanced Technology Programs (ATP).

Very sorry to belatedly hear about the passing of Ed Nover. He worked for me back in the ’80s when I was a Reliability Subproject Manager and subsequently Department Manager. Not just a fine engineer but also a man of great character, very helpful, professional and friendly.
