SDTRA was treated to a private guided tour of Queen Califia’s Magic Circle in Escondido on November 17, 2015. This is the only American sculpture garden and was the last major international project of famous artist Niki de Saint Phalle. It contains nine large-scale sculptures, a circular “snake wall” and a maze entryway, all within a 12-acre natural habitat surrounded by an arboretum.
